    Severely understaffed and not very clean at all anymore. It used to be pretty good but I think the management has just about given up at this point!

    I came through the drive thru the service was fast and the lady at the window (Jada) was so helpful. You could tell she was busy making drinks and taking orders she was able to give me information about my sandwich. Thank you jada and continue to do good work at arbys.
